Crypassa Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Registration and Account Information
Crypassa allows you to log in using social media accounts such as Facebook, Google, or others. By logging in with a social media account, you grant Crypassa permission to access your email address, name, and store your profile picture. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Privacy

4. Content and Conduct

Crypassa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Crypassa does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Crypassa or its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Services.

The failure of Crypassa to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it in the future.

You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Crypassa's prior written consent. Crypassa may assign, delegate, or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
17. Force Majeure
Crypassa shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
18. Third-Party Services
Crypassa may integrate or provide access to third-party services or content. You acknowledge that Crypassa is not responsible for the availability, content, or any other aspect of such third-party services. Your use of any third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those services, and you agree to comply with all such terms and conditions.
19. International Users
Crypassa is based and operated from the jurisdiction in which it is located. If you access or use the Services from outside this jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which Crypassa is located. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

All notices or other communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when posted on the Crypassa website or app.

The headings in these Terms are for reference purposes only and do not limit or otherwise affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of these Terms.
23. Survival
The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnity), 10 (Governing Law), 20 (Dispute Resolution), and 21 (Notices), shall survive the termination of your access to the Services or the termination of these Terms.

By using the Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Crypassa, which may include notifications, or other messages related to your account or the Services. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
25. Feedback and Suggestions
Crypassa welcomes your feedback and suggestions regarding the Services. By submitting any feedback or suggestions, you grant Crypassa an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the feedback or suggestions, and to create derivative works based upon or incorporating the feedback or suggestions, without any compensation or credit to you.
26. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Crypassa. Neither party has the authority to bind the other party or to incur any obligation on the other party's behalf.
27. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of you and Crypassa and are not intended to confer any rights or benefits upon any third party, including but not limited to advertisers or other users of the Services.
28. Interpretation
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, agreement, or understanding between you and Crypassa, these Terms shall control, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
29. Equitable Remedies
You acknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of these Terms may cause Crypassa irreparable harm for which damages would be an inadequate remedy. Accordingly, Crypassa shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
30. Acknowledgment
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments or modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms or any future amendments or modifications, you must immediately cease using the Services.
